Refund Policy

For fixed-scope projects (e.g. website packages), an initial payment secures your project slot and covers work already in progress. Refunds for work already delivered are assessed case by case.

If you cancel before work begins, any advance payment (minus payment processing costs) is refundable. Once work has started, refunds are prorated based on work completed.

Monthly retainers can be cancelled with notice ahead of the next billing cycle; fees already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable.
