Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Lokalynk retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a client requests otherwise.

Lokalynk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Faridabad, Haryana having jurisdiction.
